House League RingetteHouse
League teams play in balanced leagues of their own age group. The teams
are monitored over the first few weeks to ensure the teams are balanced. The emphasis
is on playing the game, sportsmanship and having fun. House
League is on Saturday evenings at Centennial
Park Arena for Petite Tween and younger. JBDI Mixed plays Monday nights
at Long Branch

Up to Novice, a three minute buzzer is used
for shift changes. The older divisions execute line changes on the fly. Rep
Teams Etobicoke Stingers competitive,
travelling rep teams play in either CORL (Central Ontario Ringette
League) or SRRA (Southern Region Ringette Association). Home
ice is at Long
Branch Arena. |

* In 2004-05, Belles played in Mississauga. Depending on
the team's level of play, teams may progress to the Regional Championships or
to the Provincial Championships. At the "AA" level, teams have
an opportunity to advance to the National Championships. These teams participate
in 1 to 6 tournaments per season. The emphasis is on hard work, team play, good
sportsmanship and being competitive. Etobicoke Ringette
supports active and open discourse amongst our members in the ringette
forum. |
