Etobicoke Ringette Awarded a Grant of $14,600 from the Game on Toronto Program
Submitted By Jason Boyd on Tuesday, July 14, 2015
The Game on Toronto funding is for sport development projects to encourage people from diverse backgrounds to learn and play sports together, re-energize existing sport programs and build sport volunteerism through skill development and training.  Etobicoke Ringette will be using the funds to increase awareness of ringette by attending several community and festivals with our players, hosting free Come Try Ringette events where girls can try the the game for themselves and partnering with schools and community groups to cross promote our programs.

Thank you to the City of Toronto for their funding support over the next two years.
