Impressive Weekend in Niagara Falls --- 3 GOLD & 4 SILVER
Submitted By Jason Boyd on Wednesday, March 8, 2017
Congratulations to all of the players, coaches, parents and supporters for the great weekend.

Last weekend, seven Etobicoke Stinger teams joined 64 other teams from across the province to compete in the Niagara Falls Ringette Tournament.  Amazingly, all seven teams made it to the finals in their divisions!!!  Three Stinger teams captured Gold medals.
Gold medal teams include the Under 14’s, Under 19’s and Open C.  The Under 10’s, Under 12’s, Under 16’s and Open B teams came away with Silver medals.  Also, noteworthy was that 4 of the teams had the least number of penalties in their divisions and the three other teams were the second least penalized teams.  Players and coaches from our Association set an excellent example of sportsmanship and team play.
This is a wonderful accomplishment for the ERA!!
