Simply fill out this form to express your interest in Coaching or being part of the Team Staff for a team in our FUNdamentals program, Regional (B) or Provincial level (A) teams. Please fill in this application form by May 15, 2026.
The Head Coach for 16A team will be selected and named prior to tryouts (beginning May 23). It is our hope to fill as many other team positions across all teams by June 1, 2026.
We are looking for Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, On-Ice Volunteers, Trainers, and Managers! ERA will select the Head Coach and he/she will work closely with ERA to select their bench staff for their team based on those who have expressed interest.
