Registration

2023-24 Registration is now open! 

We are excited to announce that ERA plans to host all programs including Learn-to-Skate/Play (FUN1), Novice House League (FUN3), Adult House League and REP teams at U10, U12A, U12B, U14A, U14B, U16, U19. 

• Learn to Skate/Play (FUN1):  Saturday at 5:15pm at Centennial Arena (September 23, 2023 to March 2, 2024. There is no session on Sept 30, Oct 14 or Dec 30.) 
• Novice House League (FUN3):  Sunday Games at 2:00 or 3:00pm at Long Branch Arena and Thursday practice 7:00pm at Park Lawn Bubble (October 1, 2023 - March 17, 2024. There is no session on Oct 15, Dec 24 or Dec 31)
• REP:  Schedule to be confirmed.  Generally there is a min of 1 weeknight practice and 1 game on the weekend (home/away)
• Adult House League:  Monday Games at 8:00 or 9:00pm at Long Branch Arena (September - March)  

All Parents must complete the Respect In Sport program and provide your certificate number at the time of registration.  If you have previously recorded your Respect in Sport certificate number in RAMP, it has been saved and you'll see it during the registration process.  If you have not completed the Respect In Sport course with ERA or another sport, please complete this prior to registration. 

 How To Register in RAMP

1. Visit   EtobicokeRingette.rampregistrations.com to login or create your family account

2. Click on the Participant button to begin your registration

3. Under “Choose Family Member to Register” select your player or Add Family Member

4. Review or enter the information for the player, up to the email address field. 

5. Select your Package/Level of Play for the 2023/24 season (ie: Learn-to-Skate/ Play, Novice House League, REP, Adult House League).

6. Please complete and sign all waivers and Parent/Guardian contact information. This is where you should validate and/or enter your Respect In Sport certificate number.

   TIP: When you create your account, you will be asked to enter your child's information.  Under "Association", select Ringette Ontario > Ontario > Southern Region > Etobicoke

   
   * Repeat the registration steps for each member of your family. 

Fees & Payment

You may recall in the past, that Ringette Ontario membership, dues and insurance fees were paid directly to Ringette Ontario.  This year, they have asked Associations to collect the Ringette Ontario membership, dues & insurance fees and remit on behalf of our members. As such, fees for the 2023/24 season are made up of the following:

Early Bird Rate if paid in full by June 12, 2023

To be eligible for the Early Bird rate, payment must be made in full by June 12, 2023.  Otherwise, you will be charged the Regular Rate.  

Regular Rate as of June 13, 2023

• For Adults who played in the Summer Ringette League, the RO membership, dues and insurance fee was collected as part of this registration.  If you played in the Adult Summer league, please be sure to select the appropriate registration package option. 
• The 2023 RO membership, dues and insurance fee was not collected for Springette players. Springette players relied on membership, dues & insurance fees from their 2022 registration. 
• * For U14A, additional fees will apply. These fees are TBD based on the final team formation, ice allocation and services directly related to the U14A team. 

Payment

Payment is to be made in full at the time of your registration in order to secure your spot.  Payment should be sent by e-transfer to payments@etobicoke-ringette.com (no password required; auto-deposit is enabled).  In the memo line, please include the member’s full name(s). This is very important to ensure that payments are attributed to the proper player.

Refund Policy

Etobicoke Ringette will issue a full refund for any players who withdraw from the sport before October 13, 2023, less a $100 administrative fee.

Learn to Skate/Learn to Play members will be issued a full refund before October 13, 2023, with no administrative fee.

From October 14 to December 31, Etobicoke Ringette will refund 50% of the total fee*, less a $100 administrative fee. Any fees for tournaments and/or team activities/training that have occurred during this period must be paid in full or will be deducted from your refund.

After January 1, 2024, there will be no refunds.

There will be no refunds for players who accept a spot on an Etobicoke Provincial A team and withdraw from the team at any time.

Any exceptions to the above policy will require Executive approval.

*After November 1^st, the RO fee for membership, dues and insurance is non-refundable.
